The application forms must be completed LEGIBLY and submitted to the Management office, accompanied by a properly executed Purchase or Lease Agreement and the following checks:

$150 non-refundable application fee made PAYABLE TO:  Promenade at Tradition  

$50 fee made PAYABLE TO: Harbor Management

Background checks must be done on all occupants over the age of 18.  Tenants must have an interview by the Property Manager before approval is given. To set up that interview, please send an email to Ray@harborfla.com.

What amenities does Promenade at Tradition have?

There is a community pool, a playground, picnic area and gazebo. 


What are the monthly dues for Promenade at Tradition?

For 2025, the monthly assessment amount is $399.42

All payments are due on the 1st of each month.  


What is included in the monthly dues?

The monthly dues cover the common areas, landscaping, irrigation, pest control.  

The cable and alarm monitoring is through the Master Tradition Association.  


What are the Pet Restrictions for Promenade at Tradition?

No more than 2 pets with a maximum weight of 30 lbs each are allowed in each unit.  


How do I arrange Clubhouse and Pool Access for Promenade at Tradition?

Cards for pool access may be obtained from the Property Manager when he is onsite.  The cost of each pool card is $50, payable by check or money order to Promenade at Tradition.  Office hours are posted at the onsite office.
